THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF FOUR PARTS:
1. PRE-DEPARTURE MEETINGS
The two mandatory pre-departure lectures will be held in Spring. These lectures are designed to get students familiar with the program, rules, and expectations. The dates for these two meetings are February 5th and April 1st.
2. GEORGIA TECH ON-CAMPUS INSTRUCTION
Instruction will begin in Atlanta and consist of two weeks of instruction at Georgia Tech. Students should expect a relatively demanding schedule for these days, allowing for more free time abroad.
3. STUDY ABROAD INSTRUCTION
Students will spend four weeks abroad with the following schedule:
Edinburgh: May 20 – 26th
London: May 26th – May 29th
Lyon: May 29th – June 14th
4. FINAL EXAM / PROJECT WEEK
Final exams reviews and final exams will be given during the week of June 17th. Students can take the exams virtually or in Atlanta. Students may choose to stay in Europe or other locations on their own during this week, but accommodations are not provided. No faculty members will be onsite in Europe.
